Emmett Skiles, MA, has a passionate interest in empowering others to take an active role in preserving wholeness for body, mind and spirit. Motivated by a life-changing experience with cancer in 1995, he received his Master of Arts in Consciousness Studies degree from John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California. He works with clients who are motivated to go deep within themselves to learn the sacred language of their discomforts and bodily sensations. This inner quest identifies imbalances, heals them, and connects the individual to a renewed sense of passion and purpose for their life despite their current challenges. He uses mind-body approaches such as guided imagery, combined with wellness coaching techniques to help others achieve lasting change – moving them from a state of just surviving into one of unbounded flourishing.
